Kettlebell Lifting Instructor – Level 1

The International Kettlebell Lifting Federation certifies a lifter as instructor after successfully completing the Level 1 seminar and meeting all requirements. Our test focus on technique performance and understanding not on athletic accomplishments. This reflects our teaching philosophy. At the IKLF Kettlebell Certification Level 1 seminar the student learns how to teach technique, create workouts, apply kettlebells to sport and fitness specific needs, and how to train for kettlebell lifting endurance sports such as BOLT and Girevoy.

Beyond kettlebell lifting endurance sports. Plan group classes and personal training sessions
