BOLT Iron Man™

Central America and Caribbean Championship

10 Minute Sets

March 12th, 2017

BOLT Iron Man in a nutshell

  • The lifter must compete in all 6 exercises.
  • Lifters compete with lifters of the same gender, and weight category. In this championship there will be only an Open age category (all ages grouped together).
  • The athletes compete to see who is able to lift the most weight (in kilograms) during a timed set.
  • There is at least 10 minute break between heats.
  • Results are calculated by adding together the IVSS score from all six lifts.
  • The athletes are allowed to place the weights down during the set or to switch the kettlebell from hand to hand during the set (in other kettlebell sports this would end the set but it's allowed in BOLT).

  1. Weigh-in at 8:30 am.
  2. First heat starts at 9:00 am.
